Ethel McLaren and Helen Gray began making maple confections on their family farm over a century ago. It wasn’t long before these delicious sweets became very popular. Consequently, the brick plant was built.
The company is the largest packer of Maple Syrup in the United States, one of the largest producers of Maple Candies in the world, and a leading producer of gourmet flavoured salad dressings.
